2 Week Beginners Workshop

Service Description

Workshop Overview A calm, hands‑on fused‑glass workshop suitable for beginners and returning makers. You’ll explore colour, texture and simple techniques while creating your own kiln‑fired piece. What You’ll Make three fused glass pieces while learning the core techniques of full fuse, tack fuse and kiln carving/bas relief. This beginners course runs over two weekly sessions of 2 hours each, with week one booked at a time that suits you. We will then schedule week two to fit smoothly into your diary. Across the two sessions, you’ll explore how heat, texture and glass thickness influence your results, building both confidence and technical understanding. This workshop offers the same content as the one day beginners course, making it ideal if you prefer to learn at a gentler pace or live locally and want to spread the sessions over two weeks.
