Service Description

Workshop Overview A calm, hands‑on fused‑glass workshop suitable for beginners and returning makers. You’ll explore colour, texture and simple techniques while creating your own kiln‑fired piece. What You’ll Make A fused glass piece that begins with learning safe, accurate glass cutting techniques . Once you’ve developed confidence in scoring, breaking and shaping the glass, you’ll move on to constructing your own project, incorporating accessory materials such as frits, enamel, murine and stringers using both transparent and opal sheet glass. This session provides a structured introduction to glass cutting followed by guided project assembly, giving you both practical skills and a finished kiln formed artwork.
